What are GG toys made out of?

What are 'Wonky' toys? Are they safe?

GetGooei! toys are made out of 100% body-safe Platinum Cure Silicone, sourced from Smooth On, and include safe mica powders and glow powders for colaration.

Our Insertables and Grindables and Kegal Shapes are made out of Eco-flex 00-50 shore silicone (commonly referred to as medium, about like a relaxed muscle and with a smooth texture). Sometmes, we will have Penetrables in this firmness as well.

We are not currently using Eco-flex 00-20 shore silicone (super-soft) but we do plan to utilize this someday.

GetGooei! Toys tend to have a more glossy surface feel, as opposed to a textured one. Our toys have surface imperfections due to their handmade nature; molds will often have known faults (IE: Surface Bubble in a very specific place or seam lines) and in these cases they will be noted as common for the model. We are still learning the craft, and molds often have consistant flaws due to this.

Pours that are more detailed in color, have specialty pigments (like Glow in the Dark), or have more colors might be priced higher than the base price for the model, this is normal.

Though our firmness options are comparable to other indie Fantasy Silicone product firmnesses, different factors effect the way the squish feels (size and shape of the model, the colorant powders and pigments, being among those.)

Platinum Cure silicone is an excellent material for Adult toys, since it is inert as a material and can be sterilized with a simple 10-minute boil! When cleaning your toy, we also suggest a mild soap bath to remove any soiling. Take special care with cleaning surface details.

Please do not store your toys with non-platinum-cure-silicone objects, such as jellies. We suggest soft linen satchels for maintaining the lifespan of your GetGooei! toys.

Do Not use Silicone-based Lubes on your GetGooei! toys. We suggest Water-based Lubes instead, which will maintain the lifespan of your toys. Do not use latex condoms on silicone toys either.

If cared well for, Platinum Cure toys can last a very long time!

Platinum Cure Silicone tends to be fairly strong as a material during normal use- though the 00-20 silicone is more prone to tears if stretched too far. If your toy tears, Sil-poxy can be used to repair more minor tears. Silicone can be trimmed with a pair of scissors if needed.

We do not offer custom work, due to being a one-man show. We focus instead on premade drops.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Sometimes, a mishap will occur in the Workshop stage of toy making, since the entire process is done by human hands. Be it a pouring mistake (since the process begins as a liquid medium!) or an issue with abnormal-for-the-mold pigmentation or surface bubbles, sometimes a toy will come out a little bit Wonky.

This just means they need extra love and attention in use and/or cleaning stages. No toy with issues deemed unsafe upon our inspection will make it to the shelves.

Wonky toys come with a small discount, and may include bubbles on the surface of the toy not usual for the mold (that will need a little extra cleaning attention), a large pigment inclusion (which shouldn't affect usability) or a minute surface fold.

For the rare case of more severe wonkiness, further discount may be added. Cases of Severe Wonkiness will be disclosed on the product's page.

Not all cases of 'bubbles' or pigment freckles make for a Wonky toy! Some of our models may normally have imperfections in the mold. If this is normal for a model, it is not considered a 'Wonky' feature! These features of molds will be listed on the model page.

Pigment freckles that do not breach the surface are not considered causes for 'Wonky' status since they do not hinder functionality. In addition, base trims are generally not cause for Wonky status either.

Are GetGooei! Toys Anal Safe?

GetGooei! Insertable toys (Dildos) are generally made with flared bases, but because GetGooei! toys are aimed towards the smaller size end of the fantasy toy market and smaller toys are not typically anal safe- we do not recommend our Insertable toys for anal use.

Our Kegel Shapes are not intended for Anal Use as they do not have retrieval cords.

Our Penetrable (Masturbator) toys are not intended for Anal Use as they do not have retrieval cords.

GetGooei! toys are intended for Novelty Use only. GetGooei! is not responsible for how you choose to utilize your toy and the outcome of said use. It is up to the Buyer to be familiar with the limits and needs of their own body.

About our Workshop, Drops Days, and Dex

GetGooei! only makes sales to and ships to those within the USA. We use USPS exclusively, and we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All toys are meticulously cleaned and boiled twice before being sealed and placed within the parcel. It is normal for toys to sometimes arrive with the faint scent of our gentle soap. We do recommend you clean and boil your toy again upon arrival.

All objects are declared as 'silicone sculpture' or 'silicone object' when required to be declared. The parcel itself will be a discreet plain brown box. Our return label will be marked with 'GG' as the sender, and will have our PO box listed as the address. Your bank statement will refer to us only as 'GetGooei'. We strive to ensure the privacy of our customers.

Please ensure that your address is accurate on your account. If you notice an issue, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase for corrections.

We do not offer refunds or returns once the product is shipped out*. Once the package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for parcels that have lost their way. USPS has a lost parcel service that a ticket can be opened with if you have any issues with the arrival of your parcel.

We do not take order cancellations, please shop responsibly!

We do not offer combinations on shipping for products bought in separate instances.

*If there is an issue with your toy: DO NOT open the sealed clear bag it arrived in! Please take pictures of the problem and contact us with the issue. We're happy to work together to fix any undeclared issues that arise. Due to the personal nature of the toys, we will not accept Returns of toys; neither open nor unopened. Please check out Terms of Service for more detailed information.

Remember that Wonky toys are sold as is, with their 'issues' plainly declared! We will not offer refunds for Wonky toys.

By purchasing a toy, we assume that you have read about the mold-related common issues (such as bubbles or seam lines). These are never considered for refunds.

If our shop is looking a little bare, that means that we are between 'drops'! During this time, you can check out our model pages to research general sizing on the specific models so that you can be informed on what you'd like to look out for on future drop days!

A drop occurs whenever the store gets restocked with premade toys. Drops will occur on specific 'drop days' for the most part, which will be announced on our Twitter!

Drop days may be moved or changed at our discretion.

Dex is a transmasculine individual (who is married) that hails from the US South. Dex prefers they/them or he/him pronouns, and is the one that does all of the model designing, pouring, cleaning, trimming, and packing in the GG workshop as well as running the Twitter. Dex will often use the royal 'we' to refer to their role within GetGooei! Dex is new to this medium, and wishes to continue to grow in the community.

Dex is generally a little on the professional and shy side, but is always happy to help answer questions. Please direct questions to our work email (listed in the Terms of Service) instead of our Twitter. We will not be answering questions directed to our Twitter.

GetGooei! is ran out of a smoke-free but animal-friendly home (we have a cat!). The cat is not allowed in the vicinity of the Workshop where the toys are made. However, there is the small possibility that some little fuzz-bits might wind up inside your parcel. This does not constitute as cause for a refund.

Our 'Laboratory' houses our equipment and is where all products are made! Though our clay masters are crafted (and sealed) usually by hand in our separate 'designing bench' before cleansing them for use- the rest of the process (including our molds and the molding process) is done with the help of non-latex gloves to keep everything cleanly and as safe as possible for our customers.

Note that GetGooei! has no positions for hire. We do not offer sponsorships or free products for advertising/reviewing/influencer reasons. In addtion, we do not offer wholesale sales.
