Our offering of this site and all of its services and goods to you for use is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not find the terms reasonable or wish to resend your agreement to these terms and conditions, you may revoke your agreement with the immediate cessation of the use of the website or any of the goods and services provided by GetGooei! By the use of this site, you agree not to bring any claims against GetGooei! including the owner.

We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page and the FAQ regularly for changes. Your continuance of using the site is considered acceptance to these changes.

Unless otherwise noted, GetGooei! is presumed to own the intellectual property rights for the materials on the website. You may not use any of the content of the website for any commercial purposes,  nor may you use the site to perform fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful actions. You may not use this website for any data collection using any method. You may not use this website for any sort of advertisement without express permission from GetGooei!. GetGooei! does not support the use of its properties for purposes that are harmful or hateful in any way. Our logo and artwork are copyright to GetGooei! and are not authorized to be used elsewhere.

This Website is owned and operated by GetGooei! Throughout the site the terms 'we, us, and our' refer to GetGooei! In addition, GetGooei! may be referred to as GG!,  or just GetGooei; these in addition to our slogan 'Let's Get Gooei!' and the alias 'Dex' are all authorized representation of GetGooei!.

Terms of Sale

By purchasing from this website, you confirm you are over the age of 18, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that adult fantasy materials do not offend you, and you agree that it is lawful to view such materials in your country. You assume all responsibility for understanding and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and for knowing the Laws and Regulations in your country.

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their information is correct (including email, name, and address for shipping). GetGooei! is not responsible for issues that consequence from the buyer failing to provide correct information. This includes the loss of items or incorrect delivery of items, in addition to the return of items to sender (GetGooei!).

 

We do not provide a warranty for items, all items or services rendered by Get Gooei! are sold as-is. We do not support refunds or cancellations that are not the fault of accidents in listings.

 

Purchasing from GetGooei! and/or accessing this website releases GetGooei! from all liability relating to injuries that may occur from using any product. You understand that Our Products are intended for Novelty use only. You will hold GetGooei! and its owner free from and against any claims, costs, damages, expenses, liability, or losses that occur from the participation in this service, the use of this site, or the use of our goods.

It is the responsibility of the account-holder and buyer to ensure that their personal information and account information are held confidential. GetGooei! reserves the right to cancel accounts with the site for any reason without notice or explanation.

Upon breach of these Terms and Conditions GetGooei! reserves the right to revoke access to the site, up to and including blocking access to the site down to the IP address of the offender and possible court proceedings.

 

GetGooei! only makes sales using this site. We are not in contract with any other entity. Replication and Redistribution of models without our written permission will be pursued with legal action. We do not allow sales done commercially elsewhere and we do not allow our toys to be distributed to countries in which it is unlawful. We do allow private parties to resell their toys to other private parties, however.

GetGooei! does not offer wholesale products, sponsorships, or free products for the purposes of reviews at this time. GetGooei! also does not offer custom pours nor custom toy designs.

These terms and conditions are governed by and operate in accordance with United States law. If any provisions are found to be unlawful or un-enforceable to the other provisions will continue to be in effect.

 

Note that our headings are meant to make the terms more convenient to read but do not limit or otherwise effect the terms.

Product Information

​

All of our products are physical goods comprised of 100% body-safe platinum cure silicone as per the manufacturer Smooth-On, with cosmetic-grade mica for coloration. Body safety is highly important to us, so we strive to provide products that are as safe for our Customers as Possible! Products with any faults deemed not to follow these body-safety policies never hit the shelves.

Prices for our Products may change at any time. In addition, models may be added and removed to our stock or rotation at any time for any reason.

​

Our products are sculpted entirely by hand using clay masters, and are never made using 3D-printing technology. In order to maintain a smooth finish, our products are applied with a layer of sealant that also preserves the cleanliness of the molding process. GetGooei! toys are always fantastical representations and are never molded from the life-casting process.

 

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there will be small differences along the surface of our toys! Our products are hand-finished and hand-poured. The surface of the toy may have brush strokes, divots, nicks, scuffs, irregular textures, uneven trimming, bubbles against fine details, and pigment freckles that do not breach the surface of the toy. Demolding and trimming may also cause small imperfections. Due to the liquid stage of silicone pouring, pigments may settle in unique striations or other marks- this is not considered a defect. In addition, due to the malleability of silicone our listed sizes, circumferences, lengths, and diameters are considered guidelines and each toy is not guaranteed to be exactly the measurements listed.

 

These imperfections are normal and don't count as causes for 'Wonky' toys as they are entirely cosmetic and will not effect use.

 

Any problems that are considered more severe in nature or might affect how easily a product is cleaned will be marked 'Wonky' and will be discounted at our discretion, as well as all issues being noted in the description of the individual product page. Please check our FAQ for more information on 'Wonky' toys. Model pages will also list 'typical' and expected imperfections due to the handmaking process.

Note that our images are taken in-house by someone that is not trained as a Photographer! While I will try to capture the accurate colors of a toy, it may not always be possible. In addition, computer screens may not translate the image perfectly. Items should be expected to look differently colored in-hand within reason due to changes in lighting or other issues. No refunds will be issued due to coloration reasons.

We will use two silicone firmnesses, or 'shores'. These are 00-50 (medium) that feels a bit like a relaxed muscle when squeezed and the slightly tacky 00-20 (super-soft) that feels much more like a gummy bear when squeezed. Note that more information about our firmnesses can be found in the FAQ. All toys are listed in the firmness they were poured in, but several factors may change how these firmnesses feel in-hand. Note that 00-50 is generally used for Kegel Objects, Grindables, and Insertables though Penetrables may be cast in it as well. We have not used 00-20 yet at all.

In order to care for your toys, you may give them a wash with a mild or scentless soap or use a toy cleaning solution. When cleaning, be sure to pay extra attention to any detailing on the toy to ensure no debris hides beneath folds or within divots. In order to sterilize your toy, add the toy to boiling water for around 10 minutes. Be careful to keep your toy from resting against the sides of your pot during the process! Do not use any Silicone lube on your toy, we suggest water-based lube instead. Do not use latex condoms on your toy. Do not store your toy with any toys or substances you aren't 100% certain is also Platinum Cure Silicone. We suggest storing them in soft cotton or linen satchels to ensure the longevity of the toy.

 

We boil and clean our products twice before packaging them. We do suggest that you wash and sterilize your toy once you receive it, for peace of mind. The toys are placed in self-sealing bags. They may still have the lingering scent of the soap we use to clean them, or have marks from the drying of the water. Both the lingering soap scent and the water marks will go away with a good wash and an air-dry. Again, please wash and boil your toy once you receive it. Our Workshop is not 100% sterile, though we strive to keep it as cleanly as possible.

Silicone is a substance that can stand up to force during use! However, we do not suggest pulling on the toys any harder than you normally would during normal use, nor do we suggest cutting the silicone (it can easily be cut with sharp scissors) or poking the silicone with your nails. Any of these actions will result in damage to the toy. In addition, our Penetrables are more likely to tear if they are stretched beyond their capacity due to the super-soft silicone. Do be careful to check measurements of the holes in the Penetrables to get a good understanding of their size limits.

 

Our Workshop is situated in a 100% smoke free & disease free home. We are a pet-friendly environment, though our cat is not allowed into the Workshop or around the toys. There is always a small chance that there will be cat hair or some other small fuzzy thing (perhaps a strand from clothing, a filament, or something similar) that manages to get inside or on the shipping package. If you have strong cat allergies, we do not suggest buying from our store since we cannot guarantee the lack of hair on or in the parcel no matter how many times we wash the toys.

 

We cannot advise you on how to use our products. Please exercise caution and good sense with the toys, as well as being aware of your own body and limitations. We are not liable for how you choose to use our Novelty products or any of the results (negative or otherwise) of that use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or otherwise affect any medical or mental condition.

DO NOT eat our products. Our Silicone Products are not meant for consumption. Toys may have small parts, and should be kept away from children at and pets all times.

​

Shipping and Purchase Policies

​

All purchases are shipped in discreet plain brown boxes to help ensure the privacy of customers. We ship exclusively by USPS and there is no indication of what is inside of the box. The return label is listed as GG! and will have our PO box listed.

​

GetGooei! only ships within the United States. Your bank statement will have 'GetGooei' listed for the transaction.

​

We are not responsible for shipping issues that happen due to customer error. Once the parcel is out of our hands and placed into the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost packages or errors on the part of USPS. Once the parcel is shipped, it is out of our control. If you experience issues with USPS, please note that USPS does have a lost parcel claim service that can be accessed online.

 

We typically ship all products bought during the week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but this isn't a hard and fast rule. If something out of our control occurs the shipping day will be moved. We will ship out within one to two weeks after purchase. Please wait a couple of days after drop-off to make sure that the tracking number provided receives an update from USPS.

​

Due to current stressors on the USPS, we cannot control how quickly (or slowly) a parcel within the USPS system will take to arrive.

​

We do not do updates on shipping information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is kept up to date! In the case of returned products, the customer is liable for the cost to re-ship the product. If the customer does not wish to have the object re-shipped and provide the payment for such, the item will be re-stocked and a refund will be given.

 

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns. We also do not give refunds unless our shop has made a production mistake*. You are expected to exercise your best judgement when deciding whether to make a purchase. Please be sure you are reading the product page thoroughly when making your purchase and clicking only on the item(s) you wish to order.

*Note that 'Wonky' toys are exempt from being considered for refunds at all. We will also not give refunds for toys that have had their self-sealed bag opened. Be prepared to take pictures of the unopened toy for proof of un-declared production mistakes. Production mistakes that are declared or are covered in these Terms and Conditions are not considered for refunds. We will also not refund any toy after 3 days of confirmed delivery.

In the extremely rare case of a refund, we will not accept a return on the toy and will instead require proof of destruction of the toy before any more actions are made. We do not restock these products due to their nature.

 

We reserve the right to cancel/refund orders or refuse service to any individual for any reason. This is not something that we wish to make a common occurrence, but we do expect you to conduct yourself politely and without hatred and bigotry. We do not support the use of our services, website, or products in ways that hurt anyone- as such we do not condone the actions or stances of MAP or Zoophiles.

Privacy Policies

We receive and store any information provided to us by you in any way that it may be provided. This includes your username, email, password and purchase history with our shop. In addition, we also collect your IP address. We may also store the information provided to us by you for use in shipping and purchase, including your name, and address. We only have this information to provide the services of this site and to ship any purchased goods to the buyer.

Whenever you create an account and purchase products from us we collect your name, email, and address during the process of fulfilling your purchase or creating your account. Your personal information is used only for those purposes. We collect this information to provide customer service, to provide users with assistance, to fulfill purchases, and to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

 

We may contact your email if there are any issues with your order or the fulfillment of purchases, to resolve a dispute, or to answer any questions that has been directly sent to my work email. In addition, you may receive an abandoned cart email if you leave items in your cart onsite.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
